Eggs vs Paneer : Which Is A Better Source Of Protein For Weight Loss?

Eggs the breakfast food, is a versatile and cheap source of protein. It is preferable for weight-loss as well as weight gain. It is also known as a superfood. It is hard to say that which one is better, but we can say both of them are best in their way. And it depends upon the person who is eating them.
